BURGERS 

Our delicious burgers (approx 6 ounce / 170 g). Sold in 4-pack (uncooked) - ready for you to BBQ or grill. 

All our burgers comes with buns.

 

Why not add a “side” kit with toppings and sauces to go with your burgers.

We have a perfect special kit for each of our delicious burgers. 

 

With all burger orders, we will add a pack of our stock infused salts for you to try at home. 

BEEF & BACON BURGER

Pure deliciousness! This 50/50 burger is 50% beef and 50% smoked bacon - can it get better than that? Juicy, salty, smokey…. 

You’ll get all the flavours in every bite, as its all mixed into the patties. Brilliant, right?

CHORIZO & PORK BURGER

An extremely flavourful Spanish style burger made from pork mince and Spanish chorizo sausage. We have also added our smokey onion jam & smoked red pepper to really push those gorgeous flavours. A pure taste explosion for sure!

Side kit includes: Our smokey onion jam, pickled onion, fresh tomato salsa with sun-dried tomatoes & gem lettuce leaves.

LEBANESE STYLE SUJUK & BEEF BURGER

Taste buds, meet your new favourite sausage: SUJUK (also called soudjouk, sucuk, sudzhuk)... 

Sujuk is a cured, dry, spiced sausage that is somewhat similar to salami. We’re using the Lebanese one for this burger and beef mince - packed with gorgeous flavours from cumin, sumac, cinnamon, nutmeg and garlic - absolutely delicious!

GREEK STYLE LAMB & FETA BURGER

Get a Mediterranean feel with our delicious Greek style burger. Why not try our juicy lamb, Feta cheese and fresh mint burgers - they taste AMAZING!

JUICY LUCY - BEEF & CHEDDAR STUFFED BURGER

Delicious beef burger with a hint of smoke, stuffed with mature cheddar... Yes, it’s a thing, & yes, they’re SO freaking good!!!

When you BBQ or fry this burger, the cheese in the middle will melt and biting into it is just the best treat.

“FISH CAKE” BURGER

Not your average burger - zesty, light and healthy, spicy (not to hot), flavour packed “fish cake” burger. Mix of white fish and salmon, sweet potato, herbs, spices…

Side kit includes: Fresh tomato salsa, tartar sauce with gherkins and dill, Swedish style pickled cucumber & gem lettuce leaves

VEGAN SPICED FALAFEL BURGER

These healthy burger patties are vegetarian and low in calories - packed with flavour and goodness! Falafel are traditionally made in the Middle East from dried chickpeas or broad beans. Ours are flavoured with cumin, coriander, smoked chilli, lime, sumac & our special Za'atar spice mix with sesame seeds.

 

ADD ON A SIDE KIT?

Side kit includes: Smokey aubergine hummus, onion jam, light pickled cucumbers, pickled chillies & gem lettuce leaves 

COOKING SUGGESTIONS: 

Heat a gas grill to high or heat coals in a charcoal grill until they glow bright orange and ash over. Brush the burgers with oil. Grill the burgers until golden brown and slightly charred on the first side, about 3-5 minutes - flip over the burgers and grill for another 3-5 minutes. Bare in mind, this is only a rough guideline as all BBQs have different heat - and depending on how you want to serve your delicious burger. 

If adding cheese as a topping, grill for one side for 3 minutes, flip and add cheese to the grilled side.

SPATCHCOCK CHICKEN

Approx 1kg / 4 people. 

To spatchcock a chicken basically means to butterfly the chicken and remove the backbone. Allowing it to be completely opened out and flattened. Doing this reduces the cooking time significantly and allows the whole bird to be cooked quicker. 

PIRI PIRI SPATCHCOCK CHICKEN

This Piri Piri Chicken is juicy, spicy and so flavourful! Gorgeous heat with smokey notes. 

We will add a pot of spiced tomato sauce for you to top your chicken with when cooked.  

 

CHIMICHURRI  SPATCHCOCK CHICKEN

Chimichurri, an Argentinian sauce of fresh herbs, spices. Chimichurri is probably one of our favourite sauces / marinades / dips - it if fresh, vibrant and goes with kind of everything. We will add a pot of extra Chimicurri for you to top your chicken with when cooked. 

 

PERSIAN STYLE  SPATCHCOCK CHICKEN

Flavours from our special blended za’atar (includes sesame seeds), cumin, coriander, and zesty lemon - just delicious.

We will add a pot of spiced & zesty yoghurt for you to serve with your chicken when cooked.  

 

SMOKEY BBQ  SPATCHCOCK CHICKEN

Nothing beats sticky chicken with barbecue sauce - with slightly spiced, sweet and gorgeous smokey flavours

We will add a pot of our BBQ sauce for you to top your chicken with when cooked. 

 

SPICED YOGHURT AND COCONUT MARINATED SPATCHCOCK CHICKEN

This spatchcock chicken marinated in yogurt, coconut milk and lots of spices and herbs. Juicy, packed with flavours with a touch of coconut. It’s finger licking good!

We will add a pot of spiced & zesty yoghurt for you to serve with your chicken when cooked.  

COOKING SUGGESTIONS: 

Cook on the barbecue for 15-20 minutes, until golden and slightly charred. Turn over and cook for 20-25 minutes or until the meat is cooked through and firm. Alternatively, cook in a pre-heated oven at 190°C for 40 minutes, then finish on the barbecue for 5 minutes on each side.Or - cook in oven - (from chilled): 190°C / 50 min. Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of a preheated oven, basting occasionally - turn the oven up to 225°C for the last 10 minutes. To ensure the chicken is fully cooked, insert a skewer into the thickest part of the meat. If the juices run clear, not pink, it is fully cooked. Check product is piping hot before serving. For tenderness and succulence cover with foil and allow the chicken to rest for 10 minutes after.
