South West Spices - Bespoke Catering, a creation by award winning executive chef Caroline Silfverling (co-founder of Mrs.SW13 Catering & Events and Fika London). 
Growing up in a restaurant family in Sweden and starting her first catering company in her early 20s, the love for food and cooking have always been a very important part of her life. The move from Stockholm to London 18 years ago - opened up a whole new and inspiring world of flavours, spices, scents & impressions. 
Caroline has built up an enviable a reputation for high quality food supported by high levels of customer service with a flexible friendly approach that is valued by both private and corporate clients alike. Providing exceptional food and services for all kinds of occasions, from private celebrations, launches to themed birthday parties, weddings, anniversaries, christenings, wakes to private chef dinners.
 
South West Spices - Deli Our deli will shortly be filled with lots of seasonal delicious treats and products.  This including our unique stock infused salts. Maximise the natural flavour of your beef, lamb, pork, fish, seafood or vegetable dishes with our new collection of stock infused salts. Our tomato salt even works perfect as a popcorn topping!
